Book your consultancy ‘power hour’

Over the next few weeks, we are offering a small number of free consultancy meetings, in which you’ll have a chance to pick the brains of our experienced in-house consultants about a project or idea you're working on.

These are likely to fill up very quickly, so don’t miss out! Find out more below and book your slot...

Expert input: Helping you shape the moments that matter

In a one-hour meeting with a member of our experienced consultant team, we will help you explore how to deliver greatest impact in one of your upcoming communication or learning projects.

We’ll do this by taking an impact-oriented approach, starting with identifying what actions you are trying to encourage people to take, in order to deliver the successful results you’re looking for. Working with the behavioural dimensions of motivation, capability and opportunity, we’ll guide you on how to focus your resources effectively.

Then we’ll help you think about how you can create a successful campaign based on those insights.

You can choose any area where you need to prompt positive individual behaviours, for example...

  • Perhaps your Cybersecurity team wants to stop people clicking on phishing emails
  • Maybe your Recruitment team wants hiring managers to collect diversity data
  • Or perhaps your Risk team wants frontline staff to report more workplace hazards

Whatever that challenge is, we'll help you think about how you can influence people to take the positive action you need.

Book or find out more

We’re very happy to have a chat before you book, so you can find out more about the consultancy meeting and decide if it’s the right fit for you.

And there is no further obligation at all – we’re making this time available to you to discuss your project or your current challenges with you, with no strings attached!
