Rebecca Trigg

Principal

Rebecca is an experienced Acteon consultant, who works across a range of industries. Before joining Acteon, she worked in HR for a large multinational organisation in London, as well as for a boutique cultural change agency in Sydney.  She’s fascinated by human behaviour, and thinks the key to solving any people problem is to first put yourself in the shoes of your audience. Rebecca enjoys using insights from the worlds of advertising, behavioural science and psychology, and using them to drive positive change at work. From helping clients onboard new recruits in care homes, to engaging retail workers in health and safety culture, to developing workplace nudges to improve compliance, or creating memorable learning campaigns to drive business transformation - Rebecca approaches every project with curiosity, creativity and an appetite to make a difference.

Outside of work, she loves to cook interesting meals and watches an unhealthy amount of cat videos. Sometimes simultaneously.
