He leads communication and learning projects for international clients in many sectors, and believes that you get better results when you challenge conventional wisdom. His award-winning work is inspired by insights from advertising, improv and behavioural science.
Before joining Acteon, James was a journalist at ITN, where he specialised in national and international stories about science, technology and health.
