The Acteon Consultancy LLP complies with its employer pension duties in accordance with Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2008.
Acteon reserves the right to vary or amend its pension arrangements, including employer and employee contributions, from time to time, in accordance with its legal obligations and contractual commitments.
Pension arrangements
Royal London Group Personal Pension Scheme
This is Acteon's current workplace pension arrangement, into which eligible employees and Acteon make contributions.
The Acteon Consultancy LLP Pension Scheme
This is a legacy pension scheme administered by Phoenix Life. The scheme is closed to new members, has two remaining members and no further contributions are being made. The scheme is currently being wound up.
