Focused around a short workshop, facilitated by an experienced consultant, Launchpad is about working with you and your key stakeholders to understand:

Typically, 4-5 key stakeholders. These will usually represent L&D, IT and managers from the target audience for the training. But it can include anyone who has insight, experience or authority relevant to the use of GenAI in your organisation.
How does it work?
Our experienced consultants facilitate a structured half-day workshop to help you define:
- clear objectives (for engagement and impact)
- potential barriers, and practical solutions to overcome them

Who's involved?
Typically, 4-5 key stakeholders. These will usually represent L&D, Internal Comms and managers from the target audience for the training. It might also include a colleague from your Brand or Creative team, if you have one.
How does it work?
The sprint is based around 2 x 2-hour virtual sessions with your stakeholder team:
session 1: ideation
session 2: planning
In the first session we collaborate to find creative ideas that will engage your people, and prompts get people using the essential actions. Acteon uses these inputs to craft the words and images that will underpin your AI effectiveness campaign.
In the second session we’ll agree the words and messages with you, then make a practical campaign plan. The plan will bring together L&D, Internal Comms, leader messages and workplace prompts, to help your people turn the essential actions into everyday habits.

2-3 weeks. Ideally the two sessions are held one week apart, with the plan finalised seven days after the second session.
