AI Readiness Survey

This survey aims to build a picture of the ‘human’ elements of GenAI use in organisations – the behaviours, habits and attitudes of people in how they use GenAI. 

The path to AI success isn't just technical, it's cultural, organisational and human – your users need a safe and efficient path to engagement. Much of the focus around GenAI in the workplace is on the tools and what they can do. At Acteon, we’re particularly interested in how people behave when using them. Because that’s where the real risks and opportunities lie. 

Informed by behavioural science and emerging best practice (like the UK Government’s Cabinet Office report: The people factor: A human-centred approach to scaling AI tools) this survey assesses people-centred readiness across a range of considerations underpinning successful implementation of GenAI.
