How do you get your new starters up to speed quickly, in a way that reflects your personality and demonstrates the energy of your organisation?

UKTV set Acteon the challenge of creating a new online induction and compliance training programme that would immerse people in the broadcaster’s culture of imagination and creativity.

We wanted to tell people who we are at UKTV. We’ve built a collaborative, creative and fun working environment, and it was important that our induction programme reflected that. We wanted people to feel excited and empowered from the moment they walked through that door – if not before.

New recruits now get to experience the UKTV offices through an interactive video tour of the building.

A social media-style timeline tells the company’s history.

And they learn key facts about each department in an online board game.
