Learning Technologies Summer Forum 2017
13 June 2017
9.00am - 5.00pm
Stand 19, London Olympia
Utilising digital innovation
Acteon will show how one of the country’s largest care providers, HC-One, used digital innovation to improve staff review and development at this year’s Summer Forum.
Designed to further develop the key learning themes from February's Learning Technologies exhibition, this unique free event is your chance to see, hear and experience the best of the sessions, new technologies, demos and companies that you may have missed in February, plus a host of new content that will be on show.
Exhibiting on stand 19, Acteon will share insights and advice from their successful initiative with HC-One, who faced a challenging issue that’s prevalent in health and social care: recruitment and retention. It’s been widely reported that recruiting and retaining frontline staff in social care is now a national issue in the UK.
Armed with feedback following an extensive consultation with colleagues across the business, Acteon worked with HC-One to create Ascent. This engaging and accessible digital platform aligns review and personal development with providing the kindest care – the ethos that underpins the standard and quality of care given at HC-One.
We’ll be presenting this case study as a free seminar:
