Join us at the CIPD Learning and Development Show where we’ll explore why some traditional approaches to L&D aren’t working and look at practical approaches to getting creative with learning design.

Join us on stand 622 to learn how to use 'nudges' to prompt behaviour change, how to implement campaigns that move beyond the 'one-hit', and how these approaches are helping organisations meet their business objectives.

Old paradigms in learning and development are struggling to keep up with millennial organisations and their audiences. So how can you think different and deliver impact? And the good news is maybe you don’t even need the box ... or the tick.

Creating blended learning campaigns for impact - 2.00pm
Attendees will get practical examples of setting objectives that are aligned with the organisation, designing campaign blends for impact, using helpful tools and techniques for delivering ‘blend’ and using communication planning to drive adoption and change.
