Sana entered the medical communications industry after gaining a first professional degree in Medicine from the University of Edinburgh. A problem-solver first and foremost, she is also a keen researcher, writer, editor, and designer.
Sana is competent at writing content for healthcare professionals, patients, peers, and the general public. Having worked closely with pharmaceutical companies at a medical communications agency, she is intimately familiar with the ever-evolving codes of practice and high standards governing the industry.
Sana has a penchant—and proven track record—for process improvement, and seeks to streamline work flows wherever possible. She is particularly enamoured with quality control. Her exceptional eye for detail and visual communication stems from years working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. By regularly surpassing expectations, this has become her modus operandi.
At Acteon, Sana uses her scientific and creative background to develop accurate and engaging content for clients in the pharmaceutical sector. She is particularly adept at serving up complex concepts into manageable portions, and always brings an element of creativity to projects.
Beyond work, Sana has (too) many curiosities—a list which currently includes continuous music, climbing, and hiding vegetables in cake.
